In the semifinals, CGA and LEKZ each faced two foreign teams that were favorites to win the championship. Both Chinese teams displayed excellent competitive form and successfully eliminated their opponents, achieving an all-Chinese finals matchup. In the finals, CGA relied on a more mature tactical system and stable on-the-spot performance, controlling the pace of the match throughout and giving the young LEKZ little opportunity.
